As a Professional Workforce Solution Providers, our primary role is to recruit, train, and supply qualified candidate to work on our client companies or any specific industry. Some key tasks and responsibilities as follows

Conduct thorough pre-screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, experience, and suitability for the job positions available abroad.

Assist candidates in preparing necessary documentation, visa applications, and other paperwork required for overseas employment.

Provide orientation sessions to prepare candidates for the cultural, social, and professional aspects of working in a different country.

Ensure that your recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to migrant worker recruitment, both in the home country and the destination country.

Adhere to ethical recruitment practices, including transparency in job offers, fees, terms and conditions of employment, and ensuring informed consent of the workers throughout the process.

Offer support services to migrant workers before, during, and after their deployment, including assistance with travel arrangements, accommodation, medical care, and addressing any concerns or issues they may encounter.

Maintain open communication channels with both employers and workers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and address any issues or feedback promptly.

Monitor the well-being and working conditions of recruited migrant workers on an ongoing basis and conduct periodic evaluations to assess their satisfaction and address any grievances.
